Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled pop-up event day.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

Cancellations made up until 48 hours prior to the event day will be provided with a Gift Voucher to use within 12 months.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation Window: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund, excluding the security bond.

• An allowance of 2 people from your event can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the event, and receive a gift card, not a refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.
